The Course Detail menu displays the lists of courses that have been scheduled. It opens to a Filter. Use the filter to select what courses to view.
The Course Detail is navigated to from the Event Management Home page.
- Edit Course Detail. Clicking on this link will open the Filter for the Course Detail Menu.
The Event Title filter is used to display the desired courses.
- Event Title. Enter the Course Title in the field.
- Using Wild Cards. The "%" is the wild card used for the Course filter. For example, we want to search for courses that begin with ASIA. Enter "ASIA %" in the filter. Then click on FILTER. The result will be all of the Course titles that begin with ASIA.
Note: The search is case sensitive. In other words, if the entry was "asia %", it would only show those audience descriptions with "asia" all in lower case.
The Add Record link is used to open the Course Detail form. This form is used to schedule a new course.

The View link is used to view the information regarding the selected course. Clicking on View will display the following:
- Coursedetail ID. This is the row ID for the Course Detail record.
- Date From. This is the start date for the record.
- Date To. This is the end date for the record.
- Date Created. This is the date that the record was created.
- Created By. This is the name of the person who created the record.
- Date Modified. This is the date of the last modification made to the record.
- Modified By. This is the name of the person who made the last modification to the record.
- Event Parent ID. This is the ID of the Event that contains this and other events in the event group.
- Date Event. This is the date for the course.
- Start Time. This is the start time for the course. This includes the date.
- End Time. This is the end time for the course. This includes the date.
- Start Setup Time. This is the start setup time for the course.
- End Tear Down Time. This is the end tear down time for the course.
- Event Title. This is the title of the course.
- Event Description. This is the description of the course.
- Event Type ID. This is the type of event -- from XXSYS_RegistryValue.
- Event Type Text. This is the text equivalent of the Event Type ID.
- Sponsor Organization ID. This is the sponsor organization's ID number.
- Sponsor Organization Name. This is the name of the sponsor organization.
- Sponsor Person ID. This is the ID of the person who is sponsoring the course.
- Sponsor Person Name. This is the name of the person who is sponsoring the course.
- Estimated Attendance. This is the estimated attendance of the course.
- Calendar Access ID. This is the calendar where the event will be published, University, Planning, etc. -- from XXSYS_RegistryValue.
- Calendar Access Text. This is the text equivalent of the Calendar Access ID.
- Setup Needs. This is any special needs required for the room setup.
- Adastra ID. This is the ID number assigned to the event by Ad Astra.
- Adastra Type. This is the type assigned to the event for Ad Astra.
- Locationmaster ID. This is the ID of the room where the course meets; from XXFI_LOCATIONMASTER.
The Update link is used to make changes to an existing Course Detail form. Clicking on the Update link will open the Course Detail form for the selected record.

Clicking on the Purge link will remove the Course Detail record from the database.
Attention: This action will permanently remove the record from the database and can not be undone.
Clicking on the these links will sort all of the events in descending order by date.
Clicking on the Event Title link will sort all of the events in ascending alphabetical order of Course title.
