The Facility Coordinator report is an HTML report that can be used to determine who the Facility Coordinator and Service Providers are for specific rooms. This report will have email links to allow for quick communications to the desired individuals.
The Facility Coordinator report can be navigated to by clicking on the following link located on the left hand side of the Event Home page:
- Facility Coordinators. Clicking on this link will open the Facility Coordinator report.
The following information is found on the Facility Coordinator Report.
- Room Category. This column of information will list the individual categories, and sub categories for rooms.
- Facility Coordinator. This column will display the Facility Coordinator that is responsible for the associated room categories.
Suggestion: The Facility Coordinator's email address will be shown as a link. Clicking on this link will open your email program with the linked address to allow you to email the individual.
- Notification. This column will display the personnel that must be be notified when scheduling an event in the associated room category.
Suggestion: The Notification personnel's email address will be shown as a link. Clicking on this link will open your email program with the linked address to allow you to email the individual.
- Service Provider. This column will display the Service Provider for the associated room category.
Suggestion: The Service Provider's email address will be shown as a link. Clicking on this link will open your email program with the linked address to allow you to email the individual.
- Building/Rooms. This column will display the buildings associated with room category.
