The Load Final Exam Events is used to load the Final Exam events, that are listed on the Final Exam Menu, to the Event table. These are loaded by term.
The Load Final Exam Events form can be navigated to from the Event Management Home Page/Calendar Administration.
- Load Final Exams. This link is located on the left hand side of the page. Clicking on this link will open the Load Final Exam Events form.
- Term. Enter the term that the final exams are to be entered in the Event table.
- Continue. Clicking on the Continue button will enter all of the course times for the term that are listed in the Final Exam Menu.
Attention: Confirm that all course times have been listed in the Final Exam Schedule (Menu) before clicking on Continue.
