EVT Pro Event Location Form

The Event Location form is a single-row form used to create a new or modify an existing event location record. This form is used to declare, and list, who determined the confirm status for the record.

Navigating To

The Event Location form can be navigated to from several links on the Event Location Menu.

  1. Add Record.  Clicking on this link will open a new form.  This link is used when creating a new record.
     
  2. Update.  Clicking on this link will open the record for the selected Event location.  This link should be used when making changes to an existing record.

 

Adding Information

The Event Location form is used for creating or changing the Event Location.  The following fields are on this form.

  1. Event.  Select, from the LOV, the Event title for this record.

    Note:  See LOV and Camera.

    Attention:  This is a required field.


  2. Location. Select, from the LOV, the Location Name.

    Attention:  This is a required field.


  3. Confirm Status.  Select, from the drop-down list, the confirm status for the record. Has the event been confirmed or is it in conflict with another event?

    Note:  See Drop-down list.

    Attention:  This is a required field.


  4. Confirm Person. Select, from the LOV, the Id of the person who confirmed that the location was available or unavailable.

  5. Date Confirm. Enter the date the confirm status was established.  Either use the mm/dd/yyyy format or use the Calendar LOV.

  6. Add Record/Save Changes.  Click on Add Record/Save Changes button when all of the fields are populated with the desired information.

     
  7. Don't Save.  Clicking on Don't Save will close the form without saving the information.  The form will close and the previously opened form will be refreshed.

    Note:  Any new information entered in the form's field will be lost if the Don't Save button is clicked.
