EVT Pro Event Feedback Form

The Event Feedback form is a single-row form used to create a new or modify an existing event feedback record. This form is used to send and receive feedback information to event participants.

 

Navigating To

The Event Feedback form can be navigated to from several links on the Event Participant Menu.

  1. Add Record.  Clicking on this link will open a new form and is used to create a new record.
     
  2. Update.  Clicking on this link will open the record for the selected Feedback record.  This link should be used when making changes to an existing record.

 

Adding Information

The Event Feedback form is used for creating or changing the feedback information.  The following fields are on this form.

  1. Event.  Select, from the LOV, the Event title for this record.

    Note:  See LOV and Camera.

    Attention:  This is a required field.


  2. Person. Select, form the LOV, the person for this record.

    Attention:  This is a required field.


  3. Feedback Question. Enter the type of feedback the sponsor is requesting from the attendee.

    Note:  This field can hold 255 characters.


  4. Feedback Answer. Enter the feedback comments from the attendee.

    Note:  See Pencil.

     
  5. Add Record/Save Changes.  Click on Add Record/Save Changes button when all of the fields are populated with the desired information.

     
  6. Don't Save.  Clicking on Don't Save will close the form without saving the information.  The form will close and the previously opened form will be refreshed.

    Note:  Any new information entered in the form's field will be lost if the Don't Save button is clicked.
