The Event Participant Menu displays the events that are linked with specific participants. Information on the menu will display responses received from the participant.
The Event Management Professional home page is navigated to by http://www.depauw.edu/e/evt/professional/. Click on the following link on the home page to navigate to the Event Participant Menu.
The event participants can be filtered to reduce the number of records displayed on the list or to view a specific participant. The filter link is located at the top left of the page.
- Event Name. Clicking on this link will open the filter for the event name. A specific event name can be entered, or a partial name can be entered with a wild card.
- Participant Last Name. Clicking on this link will open the filter for the participant's last name. A specific name can be entered, or a partial name can be entered with a wild card.
- Using Wild Cards. The "%" is the wild card used for the filter. For example, we want to search for events that include Payroll. Enter "%Payroll%" in the filter. Then click on FIND. The result will be all of the Events that have the word "Payroll" in its title.
Note: The search is case sensitive. In other words, if the entry was "%payroll%", it would only show those event titles with "payroll" all in lower case. In most cases the title is in capitalized format.
The Add Record link is used to open the Event Participant form. This form is used to create a new event participant record.

The View link is used to view the information regarding the selected record. Clicking on View will display the following:
- Participant ID. This is the row ID for the record.
- Date From. This is the start date for the record.
- Date To. This is the end date for the record.
- Date Created. This is the date that the record was created.
- Created By. This is the ID number of the person who created this record.
- Date Modified. This is the date of the last modification made to the record.
- Modified By. This is the ID number of the person who made the last modification to the record.
- Event Id. The Id of the event that the participant attended.
- Person Id. The Id of the person who attended.
- Is Invitee. Y or N to record whether the person received an invitation.
- Is Rsvp Yes. Y or N to record whether the person RSVP'ed Yes.
- Is Rsvp No. Y or N to record whether the person RSVP'ed No.
- Date Rsvp. The date of the RSVP.
- Is Cancellee. Y or N to record whether the person Cancelled their RSVP Yes.
- Date Cancel. The date of the Cancellation.
- Is Attendee. Y or N to record whether the person attended the event.
Note: An N in this column combined with an N in the Cancellee column indicates a "No Show."
The Update link is used to make changes to an existing Event participant record. Clicking on the Update link will open the Event Participant form for this record.

The Expire link is used to end date the record with the current date. The record will remain in the database but will not be viewed during normal searches.
Clicking on the Purge link will remove the Event record from the database.
Attention: This action will permanently remove the record from the database and can not be undone.
Clicking on the Event link will sort all of the records in ascending alphabetical order of event.
Clicking on the Person link will sort all of the records in ascending alphabetical order by event and then by participant's last name.
Clicking on the Is Rsvp Yes link will list all of the records in ascending alphabetical order that the participant RSVPed as Yes.
Clicking on the Is Rsvp No link will list all of the records in ascending alphabetical order that the participant RSVPed as No.
Clicking on the Date Rsvp link will sort all of the events in ascending order by date when the participant responded.
