EVT Room Form

The Room form is a single-row form used to view events that are scheduled for a selected room on selected dates.  A Search by Room report can be generated from this form or an Event Calendar can be viewed using the criteria from this form.

 

Navigating To

The Room form can be navigated to from the Event Management Home Page.

  1. View Planned Events.  This link is located on the left hand side of page.  Clicking on this link will open the Room form.

 

Adding Information

The Room form is used for searching events scheduled for selected rooms.  Instructions on how to use the form is located on the left side of the form.

  1. Location.  Enter the location of the room by using the LOV.

    Note:  See LOV
                 
    Attention:  This is a required field.

     
  2. Start Date.  Enter the  start date for checking the selected room.  Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or use the Calendar LOV.

    Note:  See Calendar LOV.

    Attention:  This is a required field.

     
  3. End Date.  Enter the end date for checking the selected room.  Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or use the Calendar LOV.

    Attention:  This is a required field.

     
  4. View List.  Clicking on this button will generate a Search by Room report.

  5. View Calendar.  Clicking on this button will open the Event Calendar for the criteria entered in the form.

 

Search by Room Report

This report can be generated from the Room form.  This report is an HTML listing of all of the items for the specified room.  The following link is found in the Room column.
