Pre-Arrival To-Do List

The following links will guide you through several processes you must complete prior to your arrival on campus. Some items will be available online, however, others require a signature and will be in pdf format. Using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which comes with most Web browsers, you can print these out and mail them in. Most of the online forms require the login that you used on your admissions application. Unlinked forms will be available in late spring.
