Application requirements for transfer students
DePauw University accepts the Common Application or the DePauw Application for Admission. An applicant would need to complete only one type of application for admission and not both. Students wishing to complete a paper application for admission should print the PDF version of either the Common Application or the DePauw Application for Admission at the links below. A $40 application fee is required for processing a paper application for admission. Prospective transfer students can apply for the fall term, as deadlines allow. We would like to see students achieve at least a 3.0 in their previous college course work.
Applicants who have not completed two years of college prior to applying to DePauw must submit an Official Score Report from the SAT l and/or ACT, and a Secondary School Report available above.
International students who wish to apply as a transfer from a U.S. institution may do so following the guidelines above. DePauw discourages international students who wish to transfer from international institutions as credits do not easily carry into our curriculum and requirements.
