Admission to the Management Fellows Program is highly selective and based upon a demonstrated interest in a management career, proven superior academic ability, high degree of intellectual curiosity, and leadership potential.
Among the criteria used to select Management Fellows are college entrance test scores, high school class rank, extracurricular activities, and work experience. In the personal interview, the applicant should demonstrate motivation and personal characteristics which will enable successful completion on both of the course and internship requirements of the DePauw Management Fellows Program.

After we receive your resume, cover letter, and essay, we will review your academic scores and transcript as reported to the University. In early February, we will review all of the applications and schedule formal interviews.
