Management Fellows participate in the Robert C. McDermond Lectures Series, as well as a semester-long, full-time internship. Students may major in any discipline, but are required to take courses in economics, accounting, statistics, and ethics.

The Management Fellows Program is not all work. Management Fellows have the opportunity to participate in field trips to meet with DePauw alumni and other business professions. There are also several social events each year for Management Fellows.

Admission to the Program is highly selective and based upon a demonstrated interest in a management career, proven superior academic ability, high degree of intellectual curiosity, and leadership potential.
