Enabling Browser Cookies
Whether you use Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or some other Internet browser you must enable cookies in order to access Blackboard.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:
1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click Tools 3. Click Internet Option 4. Click Privacy Tab (see Diagram 1) 5. Move slider to Medium in Settings Box (see Diagram 1) 6. Click OK Diagram 1

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open Firefox 2. Click Tools 3. Click Options 4. Click Privacy 5. Click Cookies 6. Make sure the selection box for Allow sites to set Cookies has a check mark in it 7. Click OK
