Adding an Assessment to a Content Area


To add an assessment to a content area:

1. Click Control Panel

2. Click the content area you want to add the assessment to (This example will add the assessment to Course Documents)

3. Choose one of the following

a. To add a test

1.) Click Add Test

2.) Select the name of the test you want to add

3.) Click Submit

4.) Click OK

5.) At the Modify Test screen, you are given two options

a.) Modify the test which allows you to edit the test

i.) Make the necessary modifications in a manner similar to how you added questions

b.) Modify the test options which allows you to set the test options (availability, feedback, and presentation of test)

i.) Choose the options you want to allow

ii.) Click Submit

iii.) Click OK

iv.) Click OK

v.) Click OK

b. To add a survey

1.) Click the drop down arrow at the end of the Add line

2.) Select Survey

3.) Click Go

4.) Select the name of the survey you want to add

5.) Click Submit

6.) Click OK

7.) At the Modify Survey screen, you are given two options

a.) Modify the survey which allows you to edit the survey

i.) Make the necessary modifications in a manner similar to how you added questions

b.) Modify the survey options which allows you to set the survey options (availability and feedback)

i.) Choose the options you want to allow

ii.) Click Submit

iii.) Click OK

iv.) Click OK
