Creating a Test from a Random Block of Questions

To randomize questions from a question pool:

2. Click Pool Manager

3. Click Add Pool

a. Enter Name (Important Note: Name should be slightly different than original name)

b. Enter Description

c. Enter Instructions

d. Click Submit

4. At the Pool Canvas screen:

a. Select From a Question Pool or Assessment at the Add drop down box

b. Click Go

5. At the Search Pools and Assessments screen:

a. Select the pools and/or assessments you want to search

b. Select the Question types: you want to include on the test

6. Click Search

7. Select which questions you want to include on the test

8. Click Submit

9. Make any necessary modifications to question(s)

10. Click OK

11. Click OK
