Course Request Form

DePauw automatically creates a Blackboard course site for all academic classes two weeks after students register for classes. We also automatically enroll faculty members in their Blackboard course site(s). However, there may be instances when a faculty member or an organization would like to request a course site that has not already been created.

To request a Blackboard course site, please fill out the form below and click submit. All fields in the form are required.

All organizations requesting a new course must have a faculty sponsor who is responsible for filling out this form.
