Tweens

A motion tween creates movement across the stage.

1. First, open a new flash document.
2. Draw a shape on the stage or import a picture.
3. Right click on the image and select “Convert to Symbol” OR  go to “Modify,” then “Convert to Symbol.”
4. Select a frame (say, frame 20).  Right click and select “Insert Keyframe.”
5. Now right click anywhere between frames 1-20 and select “Insert Motion Tween.”
6. Click back to slide 20 and select your image with the arrow tool.
7. Move your image to a different location on the stage.  Flash automatically does the rest.
8. Hit Ctrl + Enter for a test run.
