Drawing shapes

Pen tool

The Pen tool can be used to draw straight lines as well as curved lines called Bezier curves.

  1. Select the Pen tool from the Tool bar.
  2. Click where you wish to begin drawing your shape. An anchor point will appear where you clicked.
  3. Create as many anchor points as necessary to finish your shape.
  4. When you are finished, close the path by clicking on the first anchor point you created. That anchor point will turn solid indicating that the shape is closed.

  • Drag the point until you are satisfied with the curve
