Guided Path
- Draw a circle on the stage
- Choose edit…select all
- Right click on the circle and select “convert to symbol…”
- Name the shape
- Click on the “Graphic” radio button and click OK
- Select frame 40
- Choose Insert…Timeline…Keyframe
- Right on the timeline anywhere between frames 1 through 40 and choose “Create Motion Tween”
- Click on “Add Motion Guide” from the Timeline menu.
- Select the Pencil tool and set the Pencil mode to Smooth using the Options section of the left toolbox
- Draw your guide
- Select “Frame 1” in the Timeline. Click on the Arrow tool.
- Move the circle to the line starting point. It should snap into place
- Select “Frame 40” in the Timeline.
- Move the circle to the line ending point.
- Click on the first dot after “Guide: Layer 1” to hide the object path
