To create a new web:

 Go to file, click New.  Click "More website templates" in the right column.
 
2.       In the Web Sites list, select the template or wizard you want to use to create the new web.  
3.       In the "Specify the location of the new web" box, type or select a name for the new web. Create a new folder at the location you want the website stored and browse to that folder.  
4.       Click ok to begin work.
5.       Double click on the index page to add your information.
   
There are two ways of creating new pages.
i) “Save As” method
  click “Save as” and saving your page under a different name.
   
ii) New template method.
  1.      Go to file, Click New, Click “more website templates” in the right column under the “New Page” section.
  2.      In the page template list select “normal page”
  3.      Include your information and hit save.
   
To delete a web page
  Select the page you want to delete from the list and hit the delete key.
   
To preview the page your page with internet explorer,
  From the menu bare select file, preview in browser, then choose the browser type you want to preview your page in.
