How to use new HP Scanners

1. Go to Start à Adobe à Adobe Photoshop (this is the program that you will scan your images to)

2. Open the lid and place whatever you wish to scan face down in the upper right corner

3. Once in Photoshop, go to File à Import à HP Scanjet

4. The image will be scanned and a new hp scanning box will appear.  A dotted line will appear around the image.  Use the cursor to make the box contain only what you want scanned.

5. Use the controls on the right side of the screen to adjust different aspects of the image.  When you are finished adjusting the image, click the accept button for the final scan.  The final image will return to Adobe Photoshop.
