| 1. | Open up Spybot S&D from the start/programs menu. |

When the Spybot window appears, click Check for problems The detected problems would be displayed. Click “Fix selected problems” to resolve the problems. |

| 5. | If some useful files were deleted accidentally, click on the “Recovery” button to retrieve deleted files. |
