Formatting
This is the Formatting toolbar in Word.

Formatting text:
· To format and change the style of text quickly, using ready templates, select the text you want to format, then click on the Styles and Formatting button
and make your selection.
· To change text style, using ready templates, select the text you want to format, then click on the Style button ![]()
· To make text bold, select the text you want to format, then click on
or press CTRL+B
· To italicize text, select the text you want to format, then click on
or press CTRL+I
· To underline text, select the text you want to format, then click on
or press CTRL+U
· To change the font type, select the text you want to format, then click on the Font list button
and make your selection
· To change text size, select the text you want to format, then click on the Font Size list button
and make your selection from the available options or type your desired size and press ENTER.
· To align text to the left, select the text you want to format, then click on the Align Left button ![]()
· To put text in the center of the page, select the text you want to format, then click on the Center button ![]()
· To align text to the right, select the text you want to format, then click on the Align Right button ![]()
· To justify text (align text on both sides) , select the text you want to format, then click on the Justify button ![]()
· To change line spacing, select the text you want to format, then click on the Line Spacing button
and make your selection
· To make a numbered list, select the text you want to format, then click on the Numbering button ![]()
· To make a bullet list, select the text you want to format, then click on the Bullets button ![]()
