How to send electronic files to DePauw Printing Services:

Only files saved in PDF format will be accepted via electronic submission. For assistance with PDF files, contact the Digital Media Lab at ext. 4796, or go to www.depauw.edu/it/dml.

Because no proof will be shown prior to output, please review your document thoroughly and make sure that page sequence is correct.

Fill out the standard, electronic Printing Request Form and submit it over the web. You may also print it out and personally bring it to DPS, located in the UB basement. Files will not be printed prior to receiving this completed form. Then, for...

PC/Windows users:

In My Computer, open the U: Drive and find the "Printing Services" folder. Save the PDF file there.

Mac users:

Log on to the Novell server, FS2_USER2B.nds, and open the DePauw file. Find the "Printing Services" folder and place the PDF file there.

Finally, email DePauw Printing Services to confirm that an e-file has been placed in the folder.
