We offer a variety of services, including . . .

  • Answering questions and helping find solutions for computing problems
  • Logging repair & installation requests for University-owned technology equipment in offices, computer labs & technology classrooms
  • Resetting forgotten passwords to DePauw computing accounts
  • Referring your computing problem to appropriate campus IT experts if advanced technical assistance is required
