Student Laptop Service and Repairs

Certified technicians are available for diagnosing and repairing student laptop hardware problems.

The Technology Service Depot provides hardware diagnosis and repair services for student owned computers. For students with a DePauw Program Laptop*, who have also purchased the required Software & Service Bundle, the Technology Service Depot will provide service and repairs with no labor charge. Since the technicians are warranty certified for the Program Laptops, there will be no charge for parts if the repair is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Students in the Laptop Program may also borrow a laptop during the repair of their computer.
