Office 2007/2008 CD Student Request Form

Please fill out the following form to submit your request for an Office 2007 (PC) or 2008 (Mac) installation CD. Your software will be delivered directly to your U.B. mailbox. This upgrade is available to all students who have a Dell or Apple laptop purchased though the DePauw Laptop Initiative. Although the upgrade is free, Microsoft charges $9 dollars for the CD. By submitting this form, your account will be charged $9 to compensate for this charge.
