We will be performing systems maintenance this Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. to noon.
All systems will be affected during this maintenance, including computers logging on to the Novell network, printing to network printers, accessing network (U:, I:, P:) drives, getting to the internet or e-mail, and having anyone from off-campus connect to DePauw's web sites or any other network resources, including library databases.

We will be performing maintenance on the Web server this Saturday, June 21st, 2008, from 7:00 a.m. to noon. Access to the DePauw Website and DePauw e-Services may be intermittent during this time.
Web Authors - Please Read if you maintain a Web site on the DePauw Web Server
Web site editing will be disabled during this same time period, which means access from Dreamweaver, Contribute, and FTP will be unavailable. Editing will be available after the maintenance is complete on June 21st. For questions or help planning around this outage please contact the Web Team at webteam@depauw.edu.

| The Blackboard system was not available until 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

| We experienced problems sending and receiving e-mail to and from off-campus this morning. Also effected was our smtp server, so people using non-GroupWise clients may have experienced difficulties connecting to the e-mail servers. This was resolved at approximately 10:00 a.m.

| The Charter House, Faculty Office Building, Service Center Experiencing Network have been experiencing difficulties this morning. Service to the Service Center has been restored asof 8:30, with restoration in progress for the other two buildings.

| We will be performing a full Web server upgrade this coming Saturday, January 19th , 2008, from 7:00 a.m. to noon. Access to the DePauw Website and DePauw e-Services may be intermittent during this time.

| e-Services was down from approximately 12:35 to 1:20 p.m.

| Sunday, January 13th, 2007, from 7:00 a.m. to noon we performed systems maintenance.
Many systems were affected during this maintenance, including FS1, which houses the Novell I: drive and students' P: drives. Also, internet access was in maintenance. This would inhibit access to and from campus, as well as having anyone from off-campus connect to DePauw's web sites or any other network resources, including library databases.
