Applying live effects or filters

 

PHOTOSHOP FILTERS

 

1. Select the area you with to apply the filter to. You can select the entire image by clicking on it with the pointer, choose a layer, or use the marquee or other selection tool.
2. In the Menu bar, click on the Filter tab. A drop down menu will appear. Each option has a sub-menu of specific filters to choose from.

 

 

 

FIREWORKS - LIVE EFFECTS

Click within the area you wish to apply the effect to. This may be done by clicking on the image with the Pointer tool, or selecting the layer it is in.

1. In the Properties inspector, click on the Add effects button.

 

1. Once you click the Add effects button, a drop down menu will appear with various options. Each option has a sub-menu of effects of specific effects to choose from.
