Start networking now with DePauw alumni! Join the Alumni Relations and Development team as we continue to utilize our new web-integrated database and help advance communication with DePauw’s constituencies to the next level as an ITAP intern! We seek TWO qualified ITAP interns to become creative partners in cutting-edge e-communications with the DePauw Alumni Relations office. During the year the two interns will work together and on individual projects, helping to: -- Develop and maintain the DePauw alumni web site: www.depauw.edu/e/alumni/ as well as integrate this site with the existing DePauw website: www.depauw.edu; and new interactive web sites for advisory boards including the Alumni Association Board of Directors; -- Create new electronic services for alumni, including the post-event e-surveys for both on and off-campus programs, on-line event registration and services integrated with the new administrative database; -- Create multimedia presentations (including digital elements) for Old Gold Weekend alumni awards, the Athletic Hall of Fame and the Alumni Reunion Weekend Celebration; -- Produce attractive content for electronic invitations to programs and events; -- Learn e-customer relations in continuous contact with the best alumni in the world! With your networked notebook computer, and your skills using Microsoft Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, I-Movie, Final Cut Pro, Flash and Adobe Photoshop, along with excellent communication skills (writing, speaking and listening), you will be prepared to help expand the electronic horizon for the donors, alumni, parents and friends who make up the external DePauw constituency. Experience in graphic design, videography and digital editing are important. Join us as we find new ways to communicate with our uncommonly successful alumni and help DePauw lead the liberal arts into the brave new e-world of constituent relations! If you need more information, please contact: Jennifer Soster, Director of Alumni Relations at x4198 or jsoster@depauw.edu. |
