Project Title: The Prepared Environment: Visual Images in Education Studies
Student's Position Title: Instructional Materials Developer
Job Advertisement: The curriculum in Education Studies is emerging with a range of courses being rolled out each of the last few semesters. This will continue for the next several years. However, the anticipation of introducing Moodle will slow that progress down without additional resources, especially resources that can be developed and sustained outside of an individual instructor's time and effort. The goals of this project are: 1. To develop a range of visual images (paintings and photographs) for use on Moodle or other technology-delivered instruction (PowerPoint)for specific Education Studies courses taught by specific instructors. 2. To collaborate with a range of department members in Education Studies about their course offerings and myself about how visual images would be implemented, the instructional process that would support their use, and how such images would contribute to student learning. 3. To further the development of recent and new courses within the Education Studies curriculum and to help their development and refinement of instructional objectives oriented toward visual images'
