Student's Position Title: Help Desk Associate Intern
Job Advertisement: Assist Help Desk Specialists with various assignments and tasks. Daily tasks will include the following. Listen to, enter and respond to any Help Desk voice mail. Read, enter and respond to any Help Desk e-mail. Answering Help Desk phone and helping customers. Attend Help Desk area assisting walk-in clients. Opening and Closing HEAT tickets, as well as following up with client requests. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as MAC OS, and basic software applications a huge plus. Attention given to detail and carrying out instructions. Good work ethic and highly responsible. Great customer service skills required. Trianing will be provided.
