Job Advertisement:
Assist MUST computer technicians with various IT assignments, projects and tasks. Troubleshoot a varying degree of issues/problems associated with PC/Macintosh computer equipment, printers: as well as, various types of hardware and software. Rebuild/restore refurbished PC and Macintosh computer equipment. Deliver, install and setup computer equipment to various departments, and locations on campus. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and installing software applications a huge plus. Attention given to detail and carrying out instructions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security. Good work ethic and highly responsible. Great customer service skills required. Training will also be provided.
