Off-Campus Hosts
With a liberal arts education and high-level communication skills, an ITAP student has internship experience and training in technology, leadership and interpersonal skills, which combined enable an intern to make significant contributions to a host company/organization.
Existing Intern Skills
An ITAP intern has the ability to acquire new technology skills and has learned how to work with colleagues and superiors who possess varying degrees of technological fluency. Graduating interns leave DePauw and enter the workforce highly experienced after four years of interning 8-10 hours per week in some of the University’s most advanced technology projects. Whether a current student or a new graduate, an ITAP member is equipped with the skills and experience necessary to stand out as a valuable asset to prospective employers.
“ITAP graduates arrive with the equivalent of five years of work experience. Their preparation, maturity, and skills are simply remarkable.”
- David Becker, President and CEO of First Internet Bank of Indiana
