Media & User Services

The Media & User Services Team (MUST) brings together the teams responsible for media & AV services, the IS Help Desk, installation & repairs for University-owned computing equipment, Printing Services, campus ID/One Card services, and network/infrastructure support.

Services include:

• Help Desk
• Technology-enhanced classrooms & computer labs
• Checkout, delivery & set up of several types of audiovisual equipment
• Video & audio production
• Installation & repairs for University-owned technology equipment in offices, technology classrooms & computer labs
• Printing Services
• ID/One Card Services
