Equipment for checkout / delivery

Media & User Services offers a large inventory of media equipment for checkout, delivery and setup, including the following:

  • Digital cameras
  • Video cameras (mini-DV & VHS)
  • Tripods
  • VHS & DVD players
  • Slide projector, Data projector, Overhead projector
  • TV/VCR/DVD mobile units

Please make reservations in advance to be assured of availability by contacting us.

Equipment Closets in classroom buildings

Equipment closets are provided in all classroom buildings for short-term checkout of media equipment for classroom use. This equipment is not intended to be taken to offices or out of the building and is not available to be checked out to students.

  • For classroom use, contact your departmental secretary or Media & User Services for the key to the closet(s) in your building.
  • For non-classroom use, contact Media & User Services
