ID/ONE CARD SERVICE

The ID/One Card Office handles a variety of operations related to DePauw University ID cards and the various functions those cards perform.

All Tiger Express transactions are generated from the ID/One Card Office.  Whether you wish to make a deposit, check your balance, obtain a printed statement of transactions, or close your account at the end of a semester, the ID/One Card Office will assist you and answer any questions you may have concerning your Tiger Express account. Meal Plan balances may also be checked in the ID/One Card Office.

Any issues related to equipment or card reader malfunctions on copiers, laundry facilities, vending machines or door access swipes should be reported to the ID/One Card Office.  In many instances the ID/One Card Office will need to contact external vendors for needed repairs.  Copier, vending, and laundry machines are maintained by outside vendors the university contracts for services.  Every attempt will be made to insure the equipment is back up and running as quickly as possible.
