Do I get a new card every year?
Your card is valid as long as you continue to be a student at DePauw University, so you do not get a new one every year.
What do I do if I lose my card?
Because of the privileges associated with your ID OneCard, it is imperative that you report a lost card immediately by calling the ID OneCard Office at (765) 658-4253. If you lose your ID OneCard after 5 p.m. or on weekends, you may obtain a temporary door access card from the Office of Public Safety at which time your card will be flagged as “Lost”. This will prevent unauthorized charges to your account.
Replacement ID's for lost cards are available from the ID OneCard Office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The cost to replace a student card is $20.00. The ID OneCard Office does not accept payments - all charges are applied to the student's tuition account. All ID OneCards previously issued to the cardholder are permanently deactivated once a replacement card is made.
What if I find my card after I’ve reported it lost or stolen?
Contact the ID OneCard Office or Public Safety to have your card flagged as “Found”, which will make it available for use immediately.
