ID CARD INFORMATION

All students, faculty and staff should have a current ID card.

How the ID card can be used...

• Meal Plan
• Tiger Express merchants/locations
• DePauw Libraries
• Access to your living unit
• Access to Longden Dining Hall
• Access to Lilly Center, Media Center, after hours access to the Memorial Student Union
• Athletic Events

How to report a lost card...

• Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported immediately.  Notify the Office of Public Safety, 658-4261.  The office is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  

How to obtain replacement cards...

• Replacement ID's are available from the ID/One Card Office, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The cost to replace a student ID is $10.00.  The cost to revalidate an old ID is $2.00.  The ID/One Card Office does not accept payment, all charges are applied to the student tuition account.

Temporary door access passes...

• If you lose your ID card after office hours or on weekends, you may obtain a temporary door access card from the Office of Public Safety.  These temporary cards will automatically be deactivated at 12:30pm each weekday.  Cost of this card is $2.00 with an additional charge of $$3.00 if the card is not returned to the Office of Public Safety.  There are no temporary meal passes.
