The Student Technology Support program uses a combination of staff and student employees to efficiently manage the program. The roles of the staff coordinator and the three student managers work together to provide the students of DePauw an invaluable resource for their technology quandaries.

The Student Technology Support coordinator oversees the entire Student Technology Support program. The coordinator
works directly with the three Student Technology Support ITAP Student Directors to efficiently
run the program.

Student Technology Support ITAP Students
Student Director
The Student Technology Support Student Director works closely with the Student Technology Support Coordinator to help manage and mentor students working for the program. This student supervises the Student Technology Support ITAP Apprentice rotations and helps to organize training opportunities for Student Technology Support Consultants. These roles revolve around educating
fellow students. This director is responsible for training, consulting,
and project work.
Training and Instructional Development Specialists
The Training Specialists work closely with staff members to provide technical training and instructional materials to
DePauw faculty, staff and students. Training Specialist design and develop course specific training sessions at the request of faculty clients and host a Student Technology Support workshop series for students each semester.
Student Technology Support Consultants
Student Technology Support Consultants
A Student Technology Support Consultant works with students of DePauw University to assist
them with their technology needs and problems. This is done primarily
at one of three Student Technology Support service points around campus, including Julian, Roy O West, and Tiger Service in the UB. In addition to solving
general computing questions, Student Technology Support Consultants will also have the
opportunity to provide technology workshops for the DePauw community.
