• Local ministers are those who received temporary assignments to fill in at churches where a regular minister had not yet been assigned
• The churches they served are not always known, but their city or town addresses are listed
• This is often helpful in determining what church the minister served
• Names listed in this database were compiled from the conference journals of the denominations listed above
• The appearance of a name in the database does not necessarily mean that the Archives has any other information about that individual
