This church was organized in 1832, with the first meetings held at the home of one of Indiana’s early settlers. The present brick structure, located near Fiftieth street and Lafayette road in Pike township, was built in 1905.

The collection includes materials from 1832 to 1973. Among them are early Sunday School Records, Board Minutes, Women’s Foreign Missionary Society Records, Women’s Society of Christian Service Records, Quarterly Conference Records, 1973 Faith in Action Canvass, Council on Ministries Records, Board of Trustees Records, and other miscellaneous materials.
