Percussion@Peeler

A highlight of each year is our Percussion@Peeler concert, held in DePauw’s  Peeler Art Gallery, where  we perform contemporary music – both composed and improvised - in conjunction with the current exhibition of contemporary art.  Recent collaborations have included:

• Image Transfer: Pictures and Music in a Remix Culture
• How Soon is Now
• PERCUSSION SANS FRONTIERES in conjunction with the exhibition Experimental Geography 
• Percussion for a Crowded Planet: Making Do with Less in conjunction with the exhibition Beyond Green: Toward a Sustainable Art
• Past in Reverse: Contemporary Art of East Asia

This year’s Percussion@Peeler concert will be on Nov. 16, and will explore the connections with the exhibition Andy Warhol – I am a Camera.
