Policies

The DePauw mitc office can create steaming audio playlists to be used within Blackboard for any class here at DePauw.

All streaming media placed on the server must be:

• Owned by the Library (we cannot make exceptions to this rule according to Copyright Law and Fair Use Guidelines) - or -
• Original audio files created by faculty member (we can provide digital audio training)

Any project involving streaming media must be submitted to the mitc office at least 1 week before the materials will be needed. When submitting a project, the amount of time to complete the streaming media depends on the size of the project, so please plan accordingly.
