Todd Ernst '90 Promoted to VP at Raytheon

Todd Ernst, a 1990 graduate of DePauw University, has been promoted to vice president, corporate development of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), effective November 6.

"Ernst adds oversight of merger and acquisitions while continuing his role as head of investor relations," notes the company's announcement.

"Todd's expertise in finance, banking and strategy is ideally suited to his expanded role as we continue to position the company for global growth," says Toby O'Brien, vice president and chief financial officer of Raytheon.

Ernst joined Raytheon in 2010. He's previously held senior equity analyst positions at Balyasny Asset Management and Neuberger Berman, covering aerospace and defense and other industry sectors.

A history major at DePauw, Ernst earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. He is also a designated Certified Treasury Professional.
