#30 DePauw Drop 7-2 Decision at Vincennes

Vincennes, Ind. - In a match that included three of the six singles matches going three sets, Vincennes topped DePauw, 7-2. The Tigers, ranked 30th in Division III, dropped to 14-6, while the Trailblazers, ranked third in the latest junior college rankings, improved to 18-4.

DePauw's doubles team of Michael Rardon and Chris Bertolini topped David White and Fergus Knies by an 8-4 score at the third flight and the number one duo of Eric Hubbard and David Moss lost in a tiebreaker as Vincennes took a 2-1 lead.

Noah Swiler collected a 6-0, 6-2 win over Knies at number-six singles, while Hubbard, Moss and Eric Bruynseels each dropped the first sets of their matches and battled back to force a third set in each before losing.

The Tigers travel to Washington-St. Louis on Saturday and host Denison in a North Coast Athletic Conference match on Sunday.
