DePauw Men’s Lax Falls to Elmhurst

Elmhurst, Ill. - The DePauw men’s lacrosse team fell to Elmhurst, 14-4, on a cold and snowy night on March 25 in Elmhurst, Ill.

With the loss the Tigers dropped to 0-6 on the season, while Elmhurst picked up their first victory of the season to move to 1-3.

DePauw’s Jack Glerum and Cameron Combs both notched a pair of goals in the match, while Sam Johnson and Chris Wright tallied assists.

The play of Tigers goalie, JR Strubbe kept DePauw in the match throughout, saving 12 shots.

The Tigers continued their dominance within the circle, winning 13 of 22 faceoffs on the night.

DePauw returns to the field on Wednesday, March 27 against Transylvania in Lexington, Ky., at 4 p.m. ET.
