DePauw Men Finish Second at Hokum Karem

Crawfordsville, Ind. - Paced by a sixth-place showing from the duo of Paul Watts and Stu Newstat, DePauw finished second at the annual Wabash Hokum Karem.

Wabash won with six points after sweeping the top three spots, the Tigers were second with 21, while Huntington was third with 25 and Marian (Ind.) fourth with 26.

Watts and Newstat finished in 30:02.95 with Dillon Raidt and Noah Gatwood placing 11th in 30:54.55. Michael Edwards and Brad Wise rounded out the Tigers' scorers by finishing in 14th in 31:22.20.

Wabash's tandem of House and McManus were the individual winners in 28:55.10.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, September 14, when it competes in the Calvin Invitational in Grand Rapids, Mich.
