Bob Wesselkamper '85 Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Sr. Partner

Bob Wesselkamper, a 1985 graduate of DePauw University, has joined the Hay Group division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) as senior partner and global head of the company's Reward and Benefits Solutions practice.

Korn Ferry bills itself as "the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm." In his new role, "Wesselkamper will lead efforts to continue to expand the focus of the firm’s full reward and benefit offerings, including broad-based reward strategy, executive rewards, reward benchmarking, pay data and benefits services," notes an announcement.

"Rewards and benefits offerings are important parts of Korn Ferry’s business," says Jean-Marc Laouchez, global managing director, solutions, for Korn Ferry Hay Group. "Bob brings extensive international commercial and technical experience in these areas. We look forward to tapping his expertise to enhance our already market-leading reward practice."

An economics major at DePauw, Robert J. Wesselkamper Wesselkamper has over 25 years of experience as a senior global human resource consultant.  He was most recently director of international human resources consulting, Americas, for Willis Towers Watson.
