A story analyzing how "Jacob Hester's absence" may affect the football program at Evansville, Indiana's Central High School appears in the Evansville Courier & Press. It notes, "Now a freshman at DePauw, Hester earned Class 4A all-state honors in throwing for 2,740 yards and 24 touchdowns in lifting Central to its second sectional title in school history.
