Josh Baugh '11 Spreads His Enthusiasm for Swimming

Josh Baugh, a 2011 graduate of DePauw University, "is hoping to grow Frankfort's swimming community," notes the Times of Frankfort, Indiana. Baugh is serving as manager of the city's swimming pool as he prepares to begin graduate school.

Baugh "was honored as a NCAA Division III All-American 10 times in his career. Baugh also is a five-time record holder in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and a six-time DePauw University record holder," writes Spencer Roush. "He graduated with a biology degree and is looking to start graduate school next spring and major in environmental management, but hasn't decided what college he will be attending."

dp newspaperAs the pool's manager, Baugh "wants to boost interest in competitive swimming." He tells the newspaper, "I really hope this can be a spot where we can get the sport of swimming up and going."
